Whether you're a client looking for talent or a freelancer showcasing your skills, the journey starts with creating an account. Complete your profile with essential details—freelancers add portfolios, and clients describe their business or project needs.

Post or Browse Jobs

Clients post project descriptions with budget and timeline. Freelancers explore available projects or offer services via custom gig listings. Both parties can connect via proposals, messages, or instant job invites.

Hire & Work Securely

Clients hire freelancers by funding the project or purchasing a service. Freelancers begin work while using the built-in messaging and milestone tools to collaborate, track progress, and submit work securely.

Deliver, Approve & Get Paid

Once the project is completed and approved by the client, funds are released to the freelancer. Clients can rate the freelancer, and freelancers can also review the client—ensuring transparency and trust on the platform.

Sign up and choose whether you’re a freelancer or a client. Remember, you will be joining as a freelancer; use the same name and email address you used to create your account on TK1 DMI. If not, your account will not be approved.

Yes, only trained and verified freelancers from TK1 DMI can offer services. TK1 Freelance Marketplace is designed for students/freelancers who have passed through the TK1 DMI online platform. This is a means for them to get jobs offers after the training.

Yes. Funds are held securely until the project is completed and approved. Remember, payment has to be done on the platform, if not, we are not responsible for any damanges. But if you don’t your payment on the platform, we can assure refund or redo by our team.

We offer a fair dispute resolution system. If issues arise, we step in. But we only step in, in disputes that we can track from the platform, if we are not able to track it will means that the transaction was done outside the platform and we are not responsible. 

Freelancers are charged a small commission on each project during withdrawal. But for clients, apart from the transaction charges, there’s No hidden charges.
